Privacy requests go to the privacy address rather than the general one, so they land in front of the person who handles them and the statutory clock starts on the day you send it. Either address reaches the same people, so if you do not get a confirmation within 10 business days, resend to the other one. Who operates PlanVault
PlanVault is a brand operated by RevScale Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. PlanVault is an advisor matching and referral service. It is not a financial advisor, a broker-dealer, or a fiduciary, and it takes no part in the advisory relationship once an introduction is made.
How your information is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy. The rules for using this site are in our Terms of Service. How it works explains what the free review is and why it costs you nothing.
What we cannot do by email
We cannot answer a question about your own money. Not a rollover, not a claiming age, not a tax question. PlanVault gives no financial advice at all, so an email asking for it gets a polite no. The advisor you are matched with is the one who can answer it.
If you have already spoken to an advisor and want your information removed from their records, contact that advisor directly. They hold their own copy under their own privacy policy, and PlanVault cannot delete it for you.
Checking anyone who contacts you
Any financial professional who calls you can be checked for free in a minute, and that includes anyone we introduce you to.
